In Internet Explorer, use Start>Settings>Control Panel>Internet Options>Advanced>scroll down to Java and select the tick boxes.
For Netscape use Edit>Preferences>Advanced>Enable Java.
I don't know about other browsers, but if someone lets me know, I'll post it here for other players.
To increase the font size in Internet Explorer select View > Text Size > Largest.
In Netscape select View > Increase Font.
For best Black and White printout, highlight the text and copy, then paste into a new Word or similar document. Highlight again and select the font, colour and size you want.
